Unprofessionalism. There is no upper authority to guide and help. The clients are too slow. The management is going to blame their employees everytime. No recognition, no motivation, no solution given from managers' side.

Great place to start your career from. Such a healthy enviourment created by Pawan sir and renu mam. I am glad that I got chance to learn these skills under such people, who were so good to me even at the moments I couldn't perform well.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike about this place but it would be great if there would be 5days working so that intern can also get some personal space. I would request Pawan sir to think over it as it's really important.

RMW INDIA great organization to work in... great and gentle seniors and they make you feel like a family.. gives Chance to learn new things rather than getting their work done .. guide you time to time in your work rather than dominating us..loved the organisation 😇😇

There is nothing to like about this company...such a worst company i have come across so far... Can't even speak properly.. worst startup.

Rmw India is the worst company ever to work with...they hire u as an intern in 5k and make u work for 8 hr .. they make you call for 8 hrs daily.and give u Targets and lot of pressure on your head and also they highlights ur mistakes and scold you even after working this much..not only this they do not teach u anything in terms of skill ..this is not a HR consulting company rather than its like a call centre..to call public like a begger...the managers one female and one male they do not even know how to speak a proper sentence in English they Dominate u for calling..they ...they will irritate u by calling you again and again in every 15 min for asking where are u and why u are not active on the sheet.. someone can be in washroom also na..but these people do not understand that,..there is no money,no growth,no skill development,no learning learning in this company...not a good environment..such a disgusting place and company to work for ... Never joins this company otherwise u will regret..u will only waste your important time .
