The salary is good compared to other Companies.The job role is permanent.The company will provide cab facility.

The working pressure is strictly to maintain 9 hours.The target should be finished daily basis.

Good for fresherers, start your career here and for 1-2 years then leave.

...ticular day then they will command you to logoff and apply leave for that day. Very low salary for the experienced candidates, it can be compared with the security guards.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ersed in the regional language, then that candidate is doomed in the company. There are a lot of discrepancies on the pay check which no one can clarify (not even the management). Night shift allowance is not given, even though people cross midnight while working. Absolutely no flexibility on leaves (terrible) and there are chances that the leaves won't be approved by the managers even though the candidate has a valid reason for availing it. Leaves (even sick, emergency leaves) need prior permission. The candidate can't apply for it later on but has to get it approved way before hand. There is no scope to work from home.

Appraisal is hardly 1%. Rotational week offs i.e. not necessarily Saturday/Sunday ( hence, work life balance gone).
