... The work environment is worse. They just want people to work without any leave. They make person work more but pay less and no respect at all. Treat junior employees like trash. Whoever is on higher positions will get respect and benefits.

Office culture and work environment is good. People here are supportive.

Dislikes

1-No or Less Salary Increament. 2- No value of Experience and Designation. 3- No Fair appraisal 4- If you work here and your project deliver on time but now you work for new client then there is no value for last work. Here leader work for their own work not for company. 5- designation and work can be change as per management verbally only not documented. So there is no increament based on new designation because not documented. 6-there is no specific criteria of joining. 12th passout student can join.

No work culture, no learning, no work life balance. Seniors always start project wihtout knowing the actual requirement and then juniors have to update and fix their bugs. Junior employees are like slave they will have to work any time whatever weekend or night time you have to ready to work. And get appreciation. Only seniors and lead will get appraisal. Too much politics. Seniors will get WFH any time but no policy for juniors.

WORK FROM HOME is better option for Rmsi, The Salary what was we getting Approximately basic salaries are managing in work from home Only, If Office Opens We cannot manage this Salary. We are very dissatisfied with less hike for every time
