Nothing, it is a fraud company. The owner Rajiv Tetviya is useless and a big Crook. He can only spoil career of people. Management trainee taken on false promises and non got fullfilled. There is no value of appointment letter in this company. People are just removed overnight and no notice pay given. Customers have got cheated in Rajasthan, UP, Gujarat, MP, Karnataka and Maharashtra.

Dislikes

The biggest problem in the company is the owner himself Mr Rajiv Tetviya. No vision and just plays with people's life. Daily changes of ideas and working methods. He has no people management skills.

Likes

Management is worst, fire without notice period and mKing fools to farmer by selling exclusive product to poor farmer with crop loan compulsion. Don't work in such horrible company.

I like this company as a mother for me, CEO Mr. Rajiv Tevatia is a grate person who directly keep in touch with lower to upper worker in the organisation and his behaviour is like a friend or brother.
