... to do sales and sometimes may even be provided with sales target for the month.The salary offered is 28000 per month and a completion bonus of 1 lakh at the end of the training.The working days would be 6 days a week and will get only a total of 10 days leave for an entire year after which loss of pay would be applicable.The training offered is on job training that is we have to learn everything ourselves an occasional training session would be held once a year which would only cover the technical side.

Dislikes

The company does not have any proper hierarchy and the HR dept of the company is terrible.There is no support from the management side.For a job which requires to know the local language the company allocates you to an entirely new region so you would find it difficult to interact with the customers and get orders.There is a lot of service issues​ for the products offered by the RMC so you should be ready to hear a mouthful from the customers.There is very slow growth process for the career in RMC even though they say the promotion would happen every 3 years but you should be lucky to get promoted atleast after 5 years of your service. There willnot be any work-life balance as you should be available 24*7*365 either in person or in phone.The leaves you get during training is so little like 10 days an year and you will get like another 10 days leave as public holidays.

Company is telling customer is like a baby. But we are not treating them like baby due to our system. Means I am talking about service issues what we are facing in Bangalore 1.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of them that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But onsite travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into night. managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...t working company. Its a great experience while i was working with that company.Team mates and seniours are very supportive, salary and growth prospective its a better place bt environment and working life balance prospect i am little bit not satisfied due to long working schedule etc.

They have some offices in abroad like USA. Work culture is very eco friendly. We work happily in collaboration. I also like to grow my career in this organisation for manegerial stage.

Compensation is decent, but growth is quite bit slow due to lack of maintenance I think. Work pressure is little bit high. Sometimes I have to work extra hours in a day. Clients call always come to me which is usually as per my work sop. Performance appraisal should be noticed I think.
