And definitely the most sought after part is salary which is as per skill and with on time credit, enjoyment of all festival, cultural activity, balanced office timing. labour and staff in junior level are good. i gave my 100 percent for betterment of R.K.T.C. in project work for coal washery. but after 1 year when there was no order or demand of coal for plant then senior officials in electrical and mechanical relieved junior engineers and labours. so there is no job security in this company.
