In this company, I gate chance to learn a lot be it in the field of the mining, compliance, workers grievance , all departments involve to the we have sen the everything closely and I have done this work in every field with senior superior.

labour and staff in junior level are good. i gave my 100 percent for betterment of R.K.T.C. in project work for coal washery. but after 1 year when there was no order or demand of coal for plant then senior officials in electrical and mechanical relieved junior engineers and labours. so there is no job security in this company.

Good company to start up our career in maintenance department , where we know fully aware about how to maintain for good running of machinery as well as plants , also takes responsibility of staff management , purchasing goods and making maintainenace report of all vehicles running on site also maintaining dpr records ,goods recieving and issue through ERP software. Good company where join to boost our career in field of maintenance as well as automotive field.

Staff management not in proper manner. Allegations comes towards on hard worker who works for company growth..even we say that management is not good.
