Not a professional company, employees are hired and dismissed without notice. Accounts external auditor takes care of HR, Sales & Accounts which is not professional. No written down policies and procedures makes it tough to proceed legally. Lots of internal politics and micro management makes it tough to work. There is no Manager or HR as they are all fired for no reason after a while so employees have nowhere to go. Lots of complaints have been reported in Kakkanad Labour Office and court proceedings are there against this employer.
