Have a good starting salary after that not satisfy increment. Teaching is a secondary work. They give you other duties and too much meetings and activities. And you won't get

Management, If you are a big flattery ,you will get more advantage. Almost All department's high posted people are flattery.

Lot of politics, can no aspect proper salary, never aspects salary hike, third class management, University being like Money Making Machine, if in machine has some fault or not getting sufficient efficiency they directly replace the machine.

R. K. U has very net and clean permisses And all staps of this company were good behavior I like this type of company and their employees No deep pressure of work I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that market reliable

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,, but growth is slow. Also there is no on-job training for fresher. Hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, sometimes which is a pain

Campus is very beautiful , WORK TIME AND NO LEAVES ARE good and sufficient.

Dislikes

Unversity management is good but the problem is with the Incharge of the Enginnering school.The present Director doesn't have skill and eligible for research or school development work. politics is in extreme level .For outsiders those who are non Gujarati it would be very tough to sustain .Managemet should give more focus on quality faculty and Reserch work .
