RJ corp nike just puted us all on leave without pay from the start of lockdown and after 6 month of leave without pay they asked asked me to put my resignation without mentioning that they asked for it they wanted us to put resignation letter mentioning some fake personal issues.

Dislikes

Everything they just want Buttering giving fake promises to candidate making us all do too much of overtime without extra pay. Calling staff whenever they want.

...d having experience in anything then this place is good for you, because only B.Com graduate is having 3-4 times more salary than a CA here, ann that CA would Report to B.Com person.

...epend on that . 3. After 3-4 mails and many personal discussions my PAN card no. is still not updated in my salary slip, so i decided to leave that. 4. when I saw my PF account Details, I came to know that my date of birth is incorrect because of HR, I am sure that mistake is of HR because them wish my birthday on that wrong date not on actual date. 5.During the tenure of 1.5 Years, I still don’t have seat to sit, when I asked to HR about this, they Replied " You manage according to Yourself" then I said, "Where would I sit" then 6. it is Indian MNC, so you can understand the problem. Like, your work doesn’t matter 7. It is not a place for "Working Hands", if you are "Clapping Hands" then come here and enjoy the life of "Obsequious" Thanks & Regard Frustrated Employee

Working at RJ Corp Limited - Retail Division ("Company") has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The Company fosters a positive and inclusive work environment providing space to innovate and provide inputs for overall Company's and self-growth. The Management emphasizes on investment in employee's professional growth by allowing them to participate in various training programs funded by the Company. The work environment is dynamic and challenging, yet supportive making it an idle pace to ensure that employees improvise through learning every day. The leadership team is approachable for the employees to provide inputs and equally being transparent to create value zone for self and for the Company. Overall I find it to be an great place to work.

Dislikes

The workload is quite heavy at times and can be challenging for those who are unable to handle stress. Coordination among inter departments and better resource management could circumvent this issue.

Everything is bad. The big bosses are extremely bad. Work culture is extremely bad. Creambell is under risky hands.

Dislikes

Employee's personal life is nothing for this company. Very bad upper level bosses are there is creambell. Every employee love the brand they are working but creambell is a brand where employee very badly dislike the brand name because of the big bosses. Suggestion - Work for a small company where you can work peacefully bit don't work for creambell.
