The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and middle east client base. As a result i get to travel middle east countries, especially to UAE. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural back grounds, and worked happily in collaboration . I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, growth also comparable, but, there is delay in getting salary. Higher management values the individual based on their degree of closeness with them and growth also depends on the same, not you quality.

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
