The company is big but we are not sure about job security because of current situation and also there’s no full salary and the work environment is getting tiresome because of high targets and not able to achieve because of situation. When I talk about colleagues, they are quite good and helpful.

We are working for the entire day but not getting entire salary which we is expected because we are working full time and giving our best.

1. Rotational Shifts so you get a reviver. 2. No issues with leave 3. Office Location is good and accessible 4. Friendly Atmosphere

1. Salary scale is less. 2. Alot of manual work. Not advanced with technology.

... loyal to management they will not consider your work or anything for promotion. If you resign you get the salary hike and promotion even if don't deserve it. No employee benefits except pf.

...NWERS NEED TO LOOK IN TO EACH DEPARTMENTS AND DONT TRUST THE MANANGER'S BLINDLY. VERY POOR SUPPORT FROM MANAGMENT, THEY PUT THE STAFF ON LEAVE WITH OUT PAY FROM SIX MONTHS AND SUDDENLY FORCED TO RESIGN WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE AND PROPER COMPENSATION. CCOMPANY DOESNOT THE STAFF AT THE TIME OF PANDAMEIC. THEY ASKED THE STAFF TO PAY FOR STAFF ERROR DURING THE PANDAMEIC. SO MANY STAFF ARE GOING THROUGH HAND TO MOUTH SUTIATION, SOME STAFF DONT HAVE MONEY TO EAT ONE TIME FOR FILL THEIR HUNGER. THEY KEPT ALL THE MANAGERS AND REMOVED THE WORKING STAFF.

THERE IS LOT OF POLITICS. NEWS COMERS DOESNOT BREATH PROPERLY, MANAGERS ARE HOPLESS AND IN HUMAN IN NATURE, THEY ONLY SUPPORT ONLY THEM WHOM THEY LIKE. DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME TIME BY JOINING THIS COMPANY, DURING PANDAMEIC THEY KEPT THERE BEST FREINDS REST THEY KICK THEM UP.

...policies are best given privilege leave, public holidays and religious holidays. Salary is decent.

Dislikes

...ot of politics by local branch management and dose not address our issues to HR. Salary is decent but growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
