TBH working with this company is like working in a political environment... From top to bottom its filled with politicians... Mallu factor matters a lot.. if you belong to some other state you need to struggle a Lot u will be targeted by managers for silly mistakes after that they will make you run around whole UAE like a football.

The company policies, the friendly atmosphere. The trainings,the working culture the salary packages and they take good care of the staffs. I am really happy to be a part of this amazing company

Nothing much I really wanna get back to work with rivoli group. But itz not happening.😊

Nothing . 1.No respect for employees. 2.Makes employees life hell. 3.Oppurtunity given to Boss favourites. 4.Too much Company Politics. 5.No Appreciation for your achievements. 6. SENIOR MANAGEMENT don't know there work.

1.No job securities. 2.No personal life . 3.Zero authority of taking decision . 4.Senior management always have difference of opinion. 5.HR dept .is the weakest department I have came across till date.

Worst management people can throw you from job anytime , area manager George is not good he's having ego problem if you have any any slight issue he will target you and kick you from job so don't join under him

Company as a whole started good was good in middle but can't say much. Still I got to learn alot from the company.

Pathetic humans or so called management. Or people working. Juz bcz they have a title of manager they feel they r great😂...but in the end they r peasants to me....
