On job training is good. Career growth is good if you stay in the company for more than a year. Because your colleagues will definitely resign before one year. Average tenure of an employee is less than 1 year, due to heavy sales pressure. Business model is too good.

...is handled by the top management is pathetic. The biggest liars are the HR team. They lie a lot about the variable pay which is 20% of your package. Ideally, nobody will get variable pay.

Rivigo working culture is average and one time Rivigo was a good company but when I was left this company than company culture was not good and promotion Possiblty was nothing besides it increment also not increase so Rivigo culture was not good.

Not for only covid sitivation this company is continued cost cuting of employment and salary from jan to till covid19 given the reason beforecovid19 for indian economic is very poor condition . Continues harassment to employees specially in Mumbai (Bhiwandi)
