There is nothing as to be spoken. The company is only for people who are good to managers. The company has too much regionalism. The company is filled with telgus, if are not a telgu you won't be taken care.

Dislikes

Regionalism, favouritism, poor work life balance, many managers and managers manager are not having courtesy to speak with people who work under them. We are treated like laborers. Micromanagement to its top. Health will be completely destroyed. No good hikes. Will appoint managers who previously worked as a manager for technician (10 failed / 12th failed people who make a course and join as technician ) and they treat the same way for engineers.

One thing I like is they have given wfh in the pandemic.

Dislikes

1) People are not given chances to learn trending technology except for the who are in the good eye of manager. 2) You are made to learn RBL their own language which is of no use outside the market. 3) Once you enter Riversand, it's difficult to shift to other companies.

Likes

The management listens to the executives and is transparent. We have the liberty to share our thoughts and express the feedback openly. The management conducts regular meetings to understand the executives standpoint and help them with their career progression.

Dislikes

Although the management listens to its employees and maintains transparency, when it comes to appraisal, they're failing to identify the employees contribution.

The company encourages people for exploring and learning new things. The company values your ideas and will always push you to get better. When the company moved to a newer technology they gave opportunities to the existing employees to learn and move to the new stack based on their interest. If you have the passion to learn things and work hard will definitely continue working here. The employee retention period is high in Riversand, For the past 11+ years I am working with this company and most of the initial employees are still there in the company. Company will not leave you in your or companies tuff time. During covid time instead of reducing/firing the employee's top management took the hit to protect the other employees. Riversand always values your work even you are a junior-level employee. The company hierarchy is only for reporting purposes otherwise top-level management is always accessible to you for your concerns or clarifications, and all are so friendly. Other than work company organizes a lot of fun and other activities, even in covid times we had multiple fun activities. For a newcomer, the existing employees are very friendly and they make you comfortable during your initial time and they will help you to understand your work and the product. There are a lot of onsite opportunities are available for people who would like to travel.

Was part of Company only for few Months, but it was good experience being there. I had to quit there due to my personal reasons and reallocate. Personally the environment was just awesome and so was the culture. Friendly environment to be part of. Have good job security and can be used to diff/new technologies and improve your skills. One of Best product based Company to come across.

I didn't had any reasons to dislike anything.
