Management and HR department bed ,There is a bond of 3 years but they out employee 2 months early. They didn't give Job experience certificate.

Good work environment and culture.Chairman sir is also very polite and hard-working men. Teammates are also supportive and work hard together.

Dislikes

Timing of paying salary is unfixed. And career growth is quite slow. Increment should be time to time and the medical claim should be required for every member.

Management and office colleagues are very polite and cooperative. Overall a good company to work with them.

Dislikes

The employees are not being given the facilities, promotions and salary benefits as per the growth that the company has achieved in the last 10 years. Despite the work pressure being less, the only holiday is on Sunday.

THERE IS NO GROTH and benefits provided by company. Hr doing froud during joining like froud means they not provided actual Ctc at joining letter mension only gross salary. Company doing bond system for 3 year in the form of LTAI, LTAI amount deduct from employees Ctc and not mension on Ctc at Joining letter. This is like trap for candidates who wanna join River company there is no growth and no future. I have only 1 month experience at River. This is very poor company, and there is no proper management.
