Management and HR department bed ,There is a bond of 3 years but they out employee 2 months early. They didn't give Job experience certificate.

Job security , and salary commitment after job joining are poor . Company hire highly experience person on false promise of salary.

False commitment on salary and immediate sacking without reason even after performing good if requested to pay as per commitments and if project is finished ,expect any time sacking from job.

Total yearly Leaves are counted according to monthly average. They will deduct salary for more than 2 leaves in a month. 1 min Late comers will end up loosing half day. (For HR personals these are exemption)

Fakes promises by management which keeps you motivating for years. Worst experience in all respect while working with this visionless organization with full of Chaos everywhere.

...nical guys who thinks running a roadside workshop and an organization is same. You don't know when you will get your salary and how much will be deducted. Appraisal word is not in the dictionary of management for at least every 3 years. You will get tired of doing Copy-Paste in NPD. With No food, No Leaves, No Appraisal, No Motivation & No Appreciation, Management will ask you for World-Class Output.
