Job Security - Zero Work Culture - Zero Seniors Behaviour - Terrible , Market Repo - Worst Every Six month New candidate Overall please don't with perks which they are offering it's just short term perks ... there is no any future, lots of pressure without any job satisfaction.

They have unique test panel that is very full to the patient and clinicians. When company established that time it's culture and goal is very specific but currently they are in dilemma and their focus is diverted.

Rivaara Labs is in startup phase organization but very fast growing in the sector of Healthcare, Overall satisfying the employees with work life balance and grooming the young employee. Experience higher management and leadership team.

They are a desperate group of people who have no idea about how to run a diagnostics company. Incompetent group of top management who all of a sudden got some seed money and destroyed that in a few months. Mostly full of fraud people and unethical minds. Most of the people including the National and Regional managers are corrupt. A serious suggestion would be to please stay in your current work or stay unemployed but never join this company.

24*7 work. Bad HR policies and Fraud a HR head during my stay. I hope he gets jailed soon. Unethical national managers who don't know their own work but are always ready to put blame on others. Be sure that conspiracies and drama in this organization is more than we see in Indian serials. Incompetent management. I cannot stress more on it. I hope they all get fired, if this company has to do good. Worst leave policy. Sunday working. 24*7 grinding of employees in the name of client satisfaction. Toxic work environment and they identify rats in a work location who would turn against their own teammates to save the National managers incompentence. Lab people have to talk with clients and deal if they get rude and physical at times. Working here was the worst decision of my life.
