Nothing that I dislike working with The Ritz Carlton Saudi Arabia jeddah was always fun caring staff and positive work environment help us to develop our skills and knowledge.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... a leisure hour to do other things despite some few off days in monthly basis. As a fresher couldn't expect much for the package but what I am getting now is not in a position to sustain properly for the whole month. But yes enjoying my work very much because its not not what my salary is now but there is growth and a carrier if we stick on this brand The Ritz-Carlton.

I would say late working hours without payment.

...nd to work and the marriott company will give u a plenty of opportunity to grow. Salary good work culture awesome, work life balance is on toss for hotel industry.

Not only Ritz Carlton but the whole hospitality industry doesn't have any work life balance
