Very bad work experience and also never got any help from punjab zone Area manager.

They don’t provide a proper salary breakup and also every single day i heard HR changed and they give me 20k ctc as per month but i got only 13-14k in hand after 9 hours or sometimes straight shifts.And also they keep rotating us from a store to another store.

...e print out of that test and fill that form and then email them which all I did. I received the call from the HR manager Raghav within 2-3 hours after the submission of that assessment test and I got selected also and then this cunning shrewd Raghav asked me that the package they can offer is 45000-50000 maximum as they don't have that much budget. If they didn't have that much budget then why this Raghav moved further with that useless assessment test and disturbed the other person unnecessarily. When I applied for this position I was told that their package is open and I will definitely get a good hike as from the first round till last round. Somebody should ask Raghav that can he join any company on the previous package and also why he kept me in the dark about the budget and who gave him the right to waste others time and money as the very first round was face to face and 2nd 3rd rounds were virtual and then that stupid assessment test similar to the HR Raghav, when I clearly told my expectations to them right from the 1st to last round, then why he wasted my time.

Ritu Kumar as brand is least concern about the staff and the well being. During this pandemic they have not been supportive i terms of salary and job security.

There is lots of politics in the company. Not at all supportive for any medical reembercement. They have fired the person without giving any notification.
