Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

This is the best you can get in Kanpur city in Real Estate Sector. Being an employee for the past 6 years I can say that the office environment/work culture is the best. Appraisal / Increment policy and incentive policy is quite disappointing apart from that everything is good.

No job security, you can't raise your voice if any one is harassing you, if by any chance if you raise your voice against anything they'll terminate you without notice period.

Management level people are not so good especially HR I'm a girl and she asked me about HIV report after submitting the report I'm getting call from Devender who was my senior asking me for se**al favour, after I complaint about the same they terminated me from job. TBH of the owner is good But HR sweet from Tongue But Poisonous from action.
