There are few resourceful people who can teach and guide you to learn things about the company and product.

Dislikes

...ny. Really stubborn management and policy who are not ready to adapt the change. No incentive on reaching targets and crossing the target, instead they deduct from your salary and credit quarterly basis in the name of variable pay.

Nothing is good about about this company.

Dislikes

... and every dept work in silos which makes very difficult to get anything done. No over time pay even if manager forces you to strech for 16 hours a day. No learning, training and development plan, no incentive for career growth.
