HR will convince you for training and will take work as like their employee at the stipend cost.

More work less salary, wasting of time, job security NIL, kick out after one year of apprenticeship and also will not provide completion certificate easily. I didn't get yet after completion of 6 months of training.

If you are not permanent Employee then salary is too low for a family to lead a happy life. No increment no bonus no over time no other benifits. No security of Job.

Rites is a third party agency for railways, it is basically quality oriented job.i have to inspect rolled products from it's manufacturing to despatch

Compensation is descent but growth is slow. Work pressure is high.

Contract employee have no promotion, no performance pay, no growth, no skill improvement. don't join here at contract basis as lumps/payscale, No growth your future will spoil. better to try some other pvt/govtcompanies. If u got regular job in tis company means ok otherwise waste.
