No Employee Friendly, Daily Rules changed over WhatsApp. Too much unorganized company. A single person makes all the decisions i.e. MD of the company. He believes that all others are not trustworthy and immature.

Ritco was full supporive through COVID - 19 Hand sanitizer, sanitizer machine , body temperature checking machine , hand sanitizer machine on all floor , Our company is taking care of all employees
