Riskinsight Consulting is a subsidiary of Unison is a product cum service based company with consultancy firm. It is a great place to work. A great company culture where one where employees feel seen and heard, where management is transparent and were teams are proud and excited to work together. Too often company culture is presented as flashy perks: free lunches , unlimited time off. Employees are valued, trusted and encouraged to develop both professionally and personally.

There is a lack of support from the company, no recognition for hard work, poor communication from management, unrealistic expectations, and an overall toxic work environment.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
