While I’ve enjoyed my time at Rishikirti Technologies, one challenge has been the limited opportunities for career advancement in my current role. After 7 years, I feel I’ve reached a plateau and am eager to take on new responsibilities and challenges that allow for further professional growth.

I am impressed with the growth opportunities here, especially the continuous learning and support for career development. It's clear company invest in its employees and helps them to develop both professionally and personally

It would be helpful to have more structured programs/pathways or mentorship options that allow employees to grow and advance and take leverage of opportunities here in a disciplined way

Timely Salaries, leaves, Work-Life balance.. Office Colleagues are very supportive especially Director Ved Prakash Sir. their aim is to provide skill development to people so that they can give a better result. Great oppurtunity for freshers to learn about ERP.

Company lacks essential facilities like canteen.

The thing which I like the most about this organization is the support that management provides to the employees. If we see from skill development and career growth point of view, the type of training they are providing and the opportunities they are giving to the freshers employees to develop their skills, gain more and more knowledge is the best thing.
