Rves is a best place for developing one’s skills and knowledge in the field of education.

Dislikes

There is a lack of space for everything. They do not have a proper classrooms,nor a staff room for teachers, and do not have an office space too. Each n every rooms are always under construction for some or the other things. There are always some or the other events going on in the school. Teachers are less focused on Academics and more focused on organising the events.

Likes

There are many things that one can like in Rves, such as: 1. Personality development 2. Teaching/learning skills development 3. Creativity enhancement 4. Confidence improvement 5. Time management, and so on.

Dislikes

There can be very few pointers for this, like: 1. School is focused more on life skills than the academics. 2. School culture is completely focused on nature and its importance rather than the students development as a human being. 3. School burdens teaching staff with loads of work that needs to be submitted on time. 4. School is immensely focused on hosting events for their sponsors than finance supporters than on creating a required space for students to study and for teachers to have a staff room/ office. 5. School doesn’t have a separate classrooms for each class, nor there is a staff room for teachers, nor a separate washroom for teaching staff.

10-12 hours working,emotional blackmailing, no lunch time,unpaid overtime, no work life balance, calls and messages till 12 am in the night, no national holidays, working on Sundays too, salary crediting is done late almost the month end. School doesn't care about kids future they only concentrate on collecting donations by organising events in which they involve children and teachers have to stand for hours without lunch or water. We were expected to smile and organize the event.They manipulate you into thinking that this is for kids but actually hardly any studying is done here only events.
