Presently I am holding a position of CFO. I am looking after all accounting as well as finance work of the Company. It includes all periodical accounts which are necessary for listed company.It also includes MIS to the top management about working of the company quarterly as well as monthly. Arrangement of Finance like renewal/ enhancement of WC facility of the company. preparing fund planning monthly as well as quarterly so that necessary action for shortage of fund can be taken. Looking after all taxation matter, direct as well as indirect tax. Cordinating with the team of statutory audit as well as Internal Audit. Heading the full accounts as well as all commercial department like-accounts, stores, billing and others of the company.which are reporting to me. I am directly reporting to MD and board of the company..

Dislikes

I and working here since last more than 25 years now. the point of dislike is only in the current period about the communication between the directors i.e Father and the son. The Company does not give any facility like health insurance, club membership, LTC etc even to top management employee. The other things are normal.
