For learning lot of opportunities in Rishi laser but only thing is not promoting and salary also low once you before enter in to company first ensure the salary as per your satisfaction otherwise company was good and freedom to learning as much your interest.

The company is good for fresher's as the company has all the facilities, resources and training faculty to learn and grow your skills & knowledge. I am very lucky that I was a part of this company.

Compensation is good but growth is slow. The work pressure was very high.Sometime, I have to stay 10-12 hours late night in the company as I have to complete all the documents which was utmost requirement of the customer.I was always appreciated by my customer but my Managers don't value an individuals work, which is why I have to keep quiet most of the times. Sometimes, I feel like partiality as I was an interstate person & most of the employees are from Maharashtra.

Good Experience and satisfaction of job .good work environment and culture . Treatmentes are supportive the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .

From Management to Workers all are non educated senseless human being. The plant Head Mr. Pandya is totally mad. He is 60 year old man who thinks he knows everything but actually he doesn't know anything. The working culture is so poor & no health & safety related starategy. Worst company & worst Plant head
