Great skill development and opportunities if you are working in R&D Department. Sales and Marketing department also give good opportunity to learn and enhance skills in very less time.

No salary hikes. No flexible work. Work Life balance gets disturbed if you are thinking of short term stay (2-3 yrs) in the company. 5.5 days a week work. Management is not great at retaining and maintaining talent.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts technology. I am glad to be a part of the team. We work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

... I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Since you have to work out every single thing on your own , you start learning to work independently and with time you grow your confidence and knowledge level.

...anagement. In Sales, employees do not stay longer than 1 or 2 years averagely.. because of culture and low salaries. Very strict rules. No perks for the employees even not company sponsored mediclaim for safety and security.

Work culture and guidance received from the colleagues are excellent, which always give you a positive environment to develop your skills.

Salary hikes are not so good as expected according to current market scenario.
