Dislikes

-boss use abusive language. - no personal life left after joining this company, expected to work 24 hr even on Sunday's. - only pressure pressure pressure. - 0 value of hardwork even after achieving all sales targets. - boss threatening to resign, threatening that he will keep me in probation period for longer time. - No job security. you can be replaced anytime. - very less Allowance provided, they are also not timely given. i am waiting for my expenses from 2 months for february month. it’s now april. - overall bad company working culture. - Boss is very arrogant, knows only threatening language. no sympathy towards people. (Mr. Romel) he made my life hell in the company. - before joining this company think 100 times.

Earlier Team was good and lot of scope to learn

Dislikes

Now Entire team filled with chamchas and noobs. Zero tech knowledge people wants to lead or over take the tech team. Hell lot of political games happens between L1 and L2 level but entire tech will get impacted. Founders are zero Tech focused.

Tech Leader is good and supportive. You get freedom to do experiments.

Dislikes

Top level management is really worrese and they don't have focus on Tech. Zero importance to Tech. Founders completly depends on 1 or 2 memebrs feedback. Strict timings, Leave policy and after working hours what ever work you do for company no one cares and considered. Work from Home is not allowed.

Compelled resignation, they will throw you out without any professional manners. HR will tell you to resign or they will fire us. No bonus no hike and also no notice period for layoff. Don't join this company
