Toxic work culture. No job role clearity. Unrealistic goals and deadlines. They expect things to happen like a magic. No proper Hierarchy of team management. No appreciations on your efforts and ideas. No proper behaviour. Micro mamagement. Don't join this company.

Working at Riomed has been a disappointing experience. The culture is highly toxic, with management showing little regard for employees’ well-being or professional growth. Harassment is prevalent, and there is lack of support for individuals.

If you are looking to advance your career and work in a respectful and forward thinking environment, RIOMED IS NOT FOR YOU Consider carefully before joining if you value your career and personal growth. Working at RIOMED has been disappointing experience. The company culture is highly TOXIC, with management showing less regards.
