... good skill development as we are working with cutting edge technologies mostly. Competitive salary when compared to other start-ups. End of the day if you want to learn something new, you can go for it

Appraisal and promotions wont work as expected - anytime that can be given (Last 1.5 years no appraisal). Work life balance is sometime terrible as we need to be available around the clock for supporting. Sometimes it would feel we are in a support team. There is no policy written here and dont expect any kinda perks from the management.

Work culture is too good and friendly. Got to learn so many new things after joining RightRev. Manager is very much helpful in all the situations. Due to permanent work from home, able to balance work life properly.
