...d I enjoyed working at Ricoh but sometimes the supervisor used to be very fussy. The food was also okay and so was the salary.

Unorganised, unsupportive Management, zero learning, salary deduction without any notice. Forget your hard earned bonus without any explanation. not a policy driven unit of RICO group. Two years of bond. Deduction on FnF will not be explained. Bunch of literate but illeterate deptt head.
