Managers are not supportive.. Internal politics between engineers & technician. They not give increament as per your performance. Same increament for hard working and a slacker.

Dr Vyas working with him is most critical... Increment is based on how much cumcha giri you do..... Every quarter people leaves.... He does not teach but insults every time.... Small then you have to hear a lot... Never join R & D Dept especially to work under Dr Vyas.... Better u should hv second option

Job security is excellent, work culture also brilliant, policies are very good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is the bond 2 years before which you cannot resign.

For admin Department there is Nothing good for employees.

For admin department there is not a single activities of skill development, and during such big drastically change in Indian economy of GST implementation not a single seminar conduct nor system was developed. And the most important your increment is not as per you performance it is on mood.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I am happy to a part of team. I will be handled to barke down in Air compressor, boiler, Reactors, HVAC
