...nformation that new plant in Maharastra is being set up. Heavy financial crunch. Salary delayed by 2-3 months. Pricing is increased heavily to cover up old losses due to which orders did not come. Then started firing manpower.

1.MD - Uncle Ji sitting at the top who has a Lala mentality. 2.HR Manager - just for the namesake, she has no powers. She will do what their Lala will tell to do. 3.No. of legal cases against their own ex - employees. 4.Fraud was committed due to which legal cases have been filed. 5.Company is now being shut or is in a process due to bad work culture.

Richa management team is not enough having experience in what field they are working with. ED of EPC team is idiot and lier he even dont know how to work and also dont know about any quality work on site and he became Executive director. He only make fool of their staff and tell to work what is not in work area. And finally he give all staff a debit note by 50,000.00 to every staff. Because of this behaviour the company permormance is going down day by day. Company is not able to any project within 4 year project cost worth rs. 3 cr. Fully faltu management team. If you join Richa industries they will give you too much work load and they will finally tell you you performance is not up to the mark. And the director of this company is not having sufficient manner to talk with staff. Director tell to staff in monthly review meeting " next time insurance kara ke aana agli bar khidki se baahar fek dunga ".

Richa industries is a great Knit Dyeing Textile Unit at Delhi NCR, My MD is a very supportive to our Dyeing team, also had learned lot of things from him.

Dislikes

Nothing. Good management but budget allocation to run the Dyeing unit is under the control of it's Corporate office ( Other MD's ) not given to my textile unit MD's control.

Richa Industries is a Very poor Company , My husband work there in Faridabad he shIfted from Mumbai to work there on his expenditure but company didn't paid single penny for 3 months . My life got very tensed as I was pregnant that time bcoz of financial problems I lost my child. My husband returned Mumbai . 2 lakhs due with Richa Industries. Company has cheated my husband.he requested them 100 times to please give their hard earned money but they didn't repley anytime
