The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team in Richa& Co. They manufacture a high quay products and a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent.but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes . I have to work 9 to 12 hours strayin a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Also there is no on job training for Freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step.

Not given the salary during lockdown and they are'nt call me after finished lockdown-5 right now i m still at home and i have no job no money, my condition is very poor in this lockdown, and no any support by richa&co. So i want to change my job. Thanks if you have any job according to my job profile pls share pls pls pls

Richa is a manufacturing company and here at least 80% of the orders are booked in a year. Because of which there is no danger of losing one's job.

Here both the performer and the non-performer have the same appraisal....!! This is disappointing those have potential to perform and make big difference in company growth and personal as well.

My experience is that the company is not much good. They don't try to know others mind or new employees ideas are always poor for them. their imposing way is very professional. Beginners or freshers can join but the experience holders should not join the company, they will not learn anything from here.

The behavior of the senior levels. They behave worst with the juniors.
