Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

1. This company should be named as Jitendra Logistics. 2. The policies are set and changed according to Jeetendra’s mood swings. 3. Jeetendra will be happy when a woman is around. 4. Jeetendra will buy silver ornaments to female staffs. 5. Jeetendra will only spend 3-4 hours discussing personal stuffs with female staffs and end a discussion in 5mins with a male staff. 6. Absolute womaniser. 7. Change the CHRO, the company will flourish. But they won’t do it because the secrets will be out.

Visionaries or Visionary Personnel are the only thing which is good. MDs are excellent and inspiring and thorough professional.

Pondering around and not taking action towards right path. Country managers not living the passion and putting up the required show as the MDs think of or aim to achieve.

I am working at corporate office mumbai bkc at rhenus. But trust me or not it depends on you but God swear the company culture is not only orthodox but very bad. The old people and management is all dirty people. Chimanlal mittal is talking very bad about females. Mangelal Sharma thinks all females staff as his wife. Parikshit and Vivek are fond of very beautiful girls. They are chamdi only s. e. x they want they deserve

Bad management hai. Sab chu. Tia log he suchita ek hr thi bahut pehle yogesh ke sath s. e. x Kiya tha. Kuch hr people ache hai lekin company ke boss log ho ache log nahi chaiye. Anjali Gupta is the only person in hr who is really good baki sab hr bhi third class hai
