I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Earlier Iused to like working there because of good environment but now I won't suggest to anyone.

CEO...worst person ever seen,flirty,even if the employee works hard he won't give incentives. He is selfish,mean,unbearable. Till 2015 the company was awesome. He doesn't know that girls do have self respect. He isn't worth of respect. He only knows how to dominate others. It was the worst time of my life when I worked there. Honest suggestion please never join the company if he remains the CEO. I would have never put down my papers if somebody else was the CEO. Sorry but for the safety of girls I will mention his name AVINASH.
