Agar aap achhe worker hai har trah se achhe hai pure team me aap har trah se achhe ho ye sab log ke jante hue bhi ki aap sabse achhe worker hai lekin ASM RSM ki ji hajuri aage pichhe nahi karenge to aap incentives increasement nahi le payenge yahi system me thori kami hai company ASM RSM ke upar chhor deti hai baki every thing is good

Very worst management they are not give importance to employees . Very very worst work culture they put more and more stress on employees. Etc…. In my career I haven’t seen this type of company . In that company management staffs only enjoying if u want to enjoy and peaceful work then join this company as a management staff otherwise don’t go it’s all my opinion

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I happy to work in Reynolds pens India Pvt ltd and if work properly from the company norms you job will be 💯% secure..about the work culture it is fabulous and management is also too good everyone appreciate your work and always guide the right way to increase your self and the company policies are much better from other companies where I worked . because it is multi national company and always secure his employees..

Very worst company. Don't go for it. Your life will be wasted. If you work in this and relieve you won't get further opportunity. Totally waste. No mechanical knowledge. Simply pen knowledge. No company recruits you if you work here. Opportunity is less. Very worst.. Life is waste. My personal advice don't go for this company. Otherwise your will be waste of time..
