Somewhat decent salary which comes with insane pressure, sleepless nights and weekend tasks.

Dislikes

India business is being run like an aim less cannon with excessive pressure being applied on the employee by leadership which has no expertise & vision. Absolutely no dignity of labour, no work-life balance and no growth opportunities. India CEO is a self obsessed individual who shamelessly priorities her own growth (branding/PR) over company interest and team growth.

...ion with full employee centric. They think about how can the employee benefited. Salary components are good.

Complete KPI centric and now they have some what reduced burden over the agents. Should give enough opportunities to the agent.

Toxic work culture propagated by upper management and HR Inexperienced managers with no experience in managing people will borderline harass you No learning opportunities No work life balance, it's very normal to have to work on weekends to reduce the workload on weekdays

... people across the globe. I work in India but work closely with diverse teams. Salary is good.

Dislikes

Horrible culture. Does not promote meritocracy, making people feel insecure and belittling at every opportunity. It is a lonely journey where everyone is trying to throw the other person under the bus. Senior management has no idea what they are doing, India CEO has no product strategy or no constructive input. Worst place I’ve worked in my career.

The work is good, the salary is good. You’ll have chance of getting promoted in short span of time. Their culture is good.

Dislikes

Should focus more on providing more days to learning and sufficient support during initial days of the employees. Job safety is something concerning.
