Specially the products knowledge were good since there was parts of JCB manufactured. There was heavy machining parts manufactured it's quite experiencing to work initially. Overall management is average.

Its a good company for trainee employe. Work environment is very good.No politics as per i m concern.There is a job security if u dont have too much off day.
