Company is open to innovative and creative working - new ideas and improvement suggestions are always a welcome. I feel proud to be associated with and have been part of team who are world leaders in automotive component manufacture and excel in quality supplies to major auto OEM's having global client base and manufacturing locations. Management give ample opportunity for growth and free hands on working, seniors, colleagues and junior all work in collaboration as a team and one family to achieve the objective & goal. Independence of decision making and staying by commitment is highly appreciable. Training, learning lessons sessions and role change overs give an individual wider exposure to industry in various fields.

Dislikes

...rength is low and one has to perform multiple tasks to get the thing into place. Suppliers have to be managed with long credit periods and failure to pay on time sometimes get into rough discussions.

I really enjoyed working in amtek auto Ltd . There is a lot to learn here and the environment to work here is very friendly.

Amtek auto Ltd. I never liked the fact that it does not pay timely attention to the facilities of her employees and does not provide them with their dresses and shoes.

...agement is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The men happy at the works is happy at the home and happy ay home is happy at work. At Amtek auto Job security is good, work culture is good,management is good, company policies is good.

Dislikes

I have work 15 year at amtek auto unit-2, gurgaon. My salary is less and career growth is slow. I have not fund proper promotion.
