Overall, I was very happy in my previous organization and my superior was supportive of me within my role. The team were great, and we achieved some amazing things whilst I was there. However, if I had to choose one thing that frustrated me slightly, it would have to be the fact I felt , on occasion, my skillset and qualities were not used to their full advantage. That one of the reasons why i have applied for this position, because I feel the skills, qualities and attributes you are looking for are the exact ones I possess. If I'm successful, I strongly believe I will be able to make a significant difference to your team and you organization as a whole.
