No vision, don't join this organization, full of politics. Salary is very very less. Leadership team shame on you. Company directors don't allow employee to grow.

Employees are doing frauds, Favouritism for specific employees, Top leadership team is involvement in all politics and frauds.No work like balance. Employees are on full day con call from Morning 8 till Night 11.

They hire you then they left you in an ambiguous condition where you can't decide what should you do further. There is no clear career path. Seniors and HR don't have any idea about anything. Please don't join 😑

Ayro is a worst company. Company management is totally depends on naive people. They take decision but forget to execute. No value in market. No response of hiring manager towards its employees. It is terrible experience i had with this company. And 90 days notice period is horrible.

...elation otherwise with that margin and trade price no company will last a year . They focus more in cost cutting than product , very poor packaging in most of the products, seniors are not responsible ,
