Do not join this organisation, even if they pay you 200 times of what you are earning, because it won't last for long, & mental harrasement is additional, they will kick you out, the moment they will feel, that they have extracted juice from you, now nothing left

One of the worst company anyone can experience. HR is very rude & unprofessional. MD doesn't have any knowledge of business. Company was raided several times. Recent one was on 24th of October 2019. Raid went on for 2 nights director was not allowed to leave office. Were caught by ED for claiming tax input for exporting empty container, MD was arrested. Fake company no value for human resource. Better for any new joiner to take feedback of the company from vinyl floor dealers of respective State. Certainly Dealers feedback will be horrific. Never spoil your carrier / resume by joining this Lala company.

Worst company any one can experience. HR threatens employees for salary. Very weird way of interviewing people. MD doesn't believe staff. Culture less people.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary and career growth is slow. Canteen food is very bad.

...ompany as per my opinion otherwise you will be in trouble for your future job... Company will not give any appointment letter, salary slip or reliving letter.. so you don't have any proof to work in this company..
