Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

There is nothing to like abou this company you can take long breaks because there will no1 in the office to ask you about it...because non of the management works in uk shift.

If you have habbit of licking the d... of your manager then you will get promations and hike even bonus too...never ask questions to your manager about the process if you do so your manager ego will get hurt and he will plan to remove you from the work. Even if you follow the correct process.
