Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

What Maneger say is final. Even though he have personal grudges management will not look employee point of view. Overall you need to be calm what ever they say. Else you will be out

Dislikes

They should be growing to take feedback and make sure they work on the feed back. HR takes the complainant but there is no work on that. Just listen and keep quiet

Resolver Culture is Great ! its really a great place to work. Resolver focus on employee satisfaction and at this COVID-19 lockdown we have all necessary infrastructure provided by the company to WFH without any issues. We had a special session on they best ways to WFH because most of us dont prefer working from home since its too distracting and cannot focus. We got tips for better focus. Resolver provided us with career development programs, online tools to upskill yourself. Resolver has the best employee engagement activities not to miss team when everyone are working remotely, we connect online interact and have fun. We have bi-weekly team gathering one for fun and one for learning. Resolver talent team has monthly check-ins with the team, how they are doing at this pandemic and address their issues and concerns if any.
