Nothing to like everything is really messed up

Management doesnt care about employee, No work culture. No respect to employee management will treat the employees bad and rexpect them to work with low salary for long hours. Management will talk all good at the time of interview and will behave exactly opposite after joining into the company. No Management person will be ready to listen to the employee for any concern expect for the work. all the management people are related making it more complex to take any issues to the management.

Teammates were good and helping in nature. But the environment was not good

Dislikes

They don't treat people good in fact treat very bad when they try to move on with there career for good opportunity. I had very bad experience.

To put it simple, working at Resolve was professionally satisfying and luckily i had very good colleagues like Mr Rajakumar Kandi,Mr.Prabhanjan Halageri, Ms Shalini Yadav, Ms Vaidehi, Mr,Muralikrishna. Overall it was worth working in Resolve. Work environment was good.

Career Growth was an issue.
