Salary delays are a major issue, with employees waiting for months despite continuous follow-ups. Management ties salaries to client payments, which is highly unprofessional. Lack of transparency leads to frustration, as employees are often given false promises about payments. There is no proper HR support, making it difficult to resolve issues. The exit process is poorly managed, with delays in relieving letters, pending dues, and PF settlements. Many current employees face similar salary issues, which raises concerns about financial stability. Better financial planning, accountability, and respect for employees’ time and efforts are urgently needed.
